The food was ready right when we got there and we did not have to wait around. The food is served buffet style. The salmon was all you can eat and he would make additional serving on request, the fish was delicious. I enjoyed the entertainment as we ate. There was someone playing the role of a gold rusher and the types of instruments they would use for music.
